Assistant Professor (General Medicine): 40 Years for UR/EWS, 43 Years for OBC, 45 Years for SC/ST. Assistant Editor: 30 Years for UR, 35 Years for SC. Specialist Grade II (Anaesthesiology – NDMC): 50 Years for ST. Specialist Grade II (Pediatrics – NDMC): 45 Years for EWS. Assistant Public Prosecutor (Delhi): 35 Years for UR/EWS, 38 Years for OBC, 40 Years for SC/ST. Public Law Officer (UT Ladakh): 40 Years for ST.

Specialist Grade II (Junior Scale – NDMC): Pay Level-11 plus NPA. Assistant Public Prosecutor (Delhi): Pay Level-10 (Rs. 56,100 – Rs. 1,77,500/-). Public Law Officer / District Litigation Officer (Ladakh): Pay Level-8 (Rs. 47,600 – Rs. 1,51,100/-). Assistant Editor (IBM): Pay Level-7 (Rs. 44,900 – Rs. 1,42,400/-).

Assistant Professor (General Medicine)	MBBS degree + Post-Graduate degree (MD / DNB in General Medicine / Medicine) + 3 years experience.
Assistant Editor (IBM)	Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism or Mass Communication; OR Bachelor’s Degree with Economics/Statistics/English and 1-year Diploma in Journalism/Mass Comm + 3 years’ editing and publishing experience.
Specialist Grade II (Anaesthesiology & Pediatrics – NDMC)	Recognized medical qualification + Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty + 3 years’ experience post-PG degree (or 5 years post-PG diploma).
Assistant Public Prosecutor (Delhi)	Degree in Law (LLB, 3 years experience.
Public Law Officer (UT Ladakh)	Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Professional / Integrated), 2 years actual practice at the bar. Must hold valid Ladakh Domicile Certificate.
