SVMCM Scholarship 2026–27: Eligibility Criteria
General Requirements
Domicile: The applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
Enrollment: WBBSE, WBCHSE, WBSCT&VE&SD, or recognized State/Central Universities.
Single Scholarship Rule: A recipient cannot draw another government merit-cum-means scholarship for the same course of study simultaneously.
First Attempt: The previous qualifying examination must have been cleared in the regular/first attempt.

Higher Secondary (Class 11 & 12)
Minimum 60% marks in the last board exam.
Polytechnic (Diploma)
Undergraduate (General: Arts, Science, Commerce)

Minimum 53% marks in Honours subject at Graduation level.
