Educational qualification certificates and mark sheets (SSLC, HSC, GNM Diploma / B.Sc. Nursing Degree or Provisional).
Valid Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council (TNC) Registration Certificate.
Evidence of Tamil language eligibility (10th or 12th standard mark sheet).
Proof of Residence (Nativity Certificate / Voter ID / Ration Card / Panchayat or Municipality Tax Receipt).
Character and Conduct Certificate issued by a Group A or Group B Government Officer (issued within the last 3 months).
Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
Community Certificate (SC / ST / BC / MBC / OC).
Differently Abled Certificate issued by a Block Medical Officer (if applicable).
Work Experience Certificate / No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer (if applicable).
