Class 10 (Matriculation) pass + 2-year ITI Certificate or 2/3-year Diploma in the corresponding technical discipline.
Rifleman (Armourer)
Class 10th pass + ITI certificate in Welding trade.
Rifleman (Recovery Vehicle Mechanic)
Class 10th pass with ITI in Recovery Vehicle Mechanic + valid Heavy/Transport Driving License (or Class 10th with valid HMV/Transport License).

Declare your Domicile State / UT accurately and ensure you hold a valid Domicile / Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued by the competent authority.
Pay the application fee of ₹ 100/- through SBI net banking/gateway or deposit cash at an SBI branch counter into the prescribed DGAR current account.
Upload the scanned payment receipt/challan, passport photo, and signature into the application form.
Submit the form, then download and print the complete online application form and notification copy.
Safely retain the original fee receipt, application printout, and valid identity proofs to produce upon arrival at the rally grounds.
