Contractor Saksham Yuva Scheme 2026: Eligibility Criteria
  • State Domicile & ID: Permanent resident of Haryana possessing a valid Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP / Family ID).
  • Age Limit: Between 18 to 40 years of age.
  • Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in any engineering discipline.
  • CET Merit Status: Must have qualified in the merit list of the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Haryana Government for Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’ posts.
