- Printed Copy of IOB LBO Online Examination Call Letter with a recent passport-size photograph affixed.
- Original Valid Photo Identity Proof (Passport, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter’s Card, Bank Passbook with photo, or other recognized official photo ID). (Note: Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License are not accepted).
- Self-attested Photocopy of the same photo ID proof (to be submitted to the invigilator).
- Blue/black ballpoint pen for rough work.
- Duly filled Scribe Declaration Form along with scribe ID proof (for eligible PwBD candidates using a scribe).
